Yes, all Delta Key Co. hardware includes a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and internal component failures.
What is your return policy for electronics?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging. Please note that opened software or custom-built PC components may be subject to a restocking fee.
Are your keycaps compatible with all switch types?
Our keycaps are designed for MX-style stems, which are the industry standard. This includes Cherry MX, Gateron, Kailh, and Otemu switches.
